We believe in a deeply personal approach to working with you and your system.
This means that we will not try to fit you to the models we have learned but we will work to making the models we use work for you;
if and when they do.
And if they do not seem to work for you, we have a broad enough history of training and experience that we can keep going into what may feel like uncharted territory without abandoning you there in the challenge that you are facing.
This means we prioritise the therapeutic relationship and invite you to let us know when what we offer of suggest feels off for some reason. We want to offer you the support of a fellow human being, not a distant persona of someone who will tell you what you should do. In our different ways we will walk along with you and support you through your processes.
Online
You may not like the idea of doing therapy online. We agree that something valuable is lost when we are not in person.
But with about a decade of experience working online, which includes both trainings and online therapy sessions with our own therapists, we have learned that we can go more than deep enough to do incredibly meaningful work.
If you are sceptical, give it a few sessions and then decide. We have found that almost everyone is surprised at what is possible.
